How long does it take to have a web site designed?
It varies greatly with the size and complexity of the project and your own deadline. It could be from a few days to several weeks. [back to top]

Do I need to pay a deposit before the work starts?
Yes. A 30% deposit will be required before any design or development work takes place. [back to top]

What happens once the site is finished? Is there any support?
All our design packages include free support from 1 to 3 months depending on the site option you have chosen. Any support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of £25.00 unless you have subscribed to one of our site updates scheme. [back to top]

What is site maintenance?

Do I have to have a meeting with you?
Most of the time a meeting isn’t necessary. Everything can be done either over the phone or via e-mails. [back to top]

Can I add more pages to my site?
